Refund Policy

AGT will provide refunds if:
  • The Client withdraws in writing from any course five working days prior to the commencement which means the entry to first unit of an online delivery, shall be eligible for a full refund or for a credit note that could be applied against a future course on the acceptance by AGT. Cancellation will be effective only on the receipt of the application by AGT within the stipulated time frame.
  • If the learner enrols within five working days from the course commencement, AGT shall not process refunds.
  • A full refund shall be made if AGT cancel or unable to deliver any course or unit.
  • AGT will decide the method of refund if a purchase was made by credit card, as the refund shall be made either to the credit card directly or by EFT to the payer’s nominated bank account. All other payments shall be via EFT to the clients / payer’s nominated bank account.
  • For a refund, Client is required to complete a refund application form. The completed form should be e-mailed to sallym@agt.edu.au or faxed to the attention of Finance Officer on 02 6884 4478 or posted to Access Group Training Limited, PO Box 1873, Dubbo, NSW 2830.
  • Refund applications are processed within 14 days, and if a refund is refused fully or partially, an appeal can be made to Training Manager, whose decision will be final.
  • The Client seeking the refund may be asked to verify their identity using enrolment data previously provided to AGT.
