They consistently meet our stringent goals and quality assurance measures, and regularly conduct professional development exercises to ensure they remain current and up to date with industry changes and regulations. Each team member has their own unique set of skills and attributes that contribute to the success of Access Group Training.

AGT is ideally positioned to ensure that the process of putting traineeships in place is seamless and all issues will be dealt with expeditiously. This is our commitment to you. AGT will in consultation manage the training & co-ordinating responsibilities, leaving you to manage your day to day operations.
The AGT team will organise all the training material, conduct the training sessions, and carry out all assessments.  We will be the primary point of contact for your Group and are readily available to discuss how  we can service your needs.

Managing Director - Jim Jane

Founding Director of Access Group Training in 1992. Jim Jane holds the position of Managing Director. Jim is a former teacher with the NSW department of school education and program manager for the department of NSW health. He is a founding partner of Right Management Training Service and Orana Education services.

Jim is a director of Access Group Training, Orana Education P/L and Chairman of Western Student Connections. Jim holds the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in teaching and teaching certificate
  • Certificate in Co-operative management
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training

Chief Operations Officer - Michelle Redden

Michelle Redden joined Access Group Training in April 2007.

Previous to AGT, Michelle held an Operations Management role with a medium sized recruitment and human resources company for 5 years, was a training co-ordinator with Graincorp Operations Ltd for 4 years and has further experience in managing RTO’s and consulted in Human Resource Functions.

Michelle holds the following qualifications:

  • BSB50207 Diploma of Business
  • BSB50607 Diploma of Human Resource Management
  • BSB41604 Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety

Compliance Manager - Kim Taylor

Kim Taylor joined Access Group Training in April 1999.

Kim has held a number of administration positions within AGT, was appointed to the position of Compliance Officer in 2005 and to Compliance and Administration Manager and Quality Assurance Manager in 2009.

Kim holds the following qualifications:

Training Manager - Ben Kirkness

Ben Kirkness joined Access Group Training in February 2015.

Previous to AGT, Ben has held many positions within the training and IT industry with over 12 years training and assessing experience. Ben is able to maximise opportunities for educational outcomes using proven traditional support techniques and improved delivery options including areas such as online technology to the AGT team.
